Getting used to wearing new hearing aids takes time, and we're here to support you every step of the way. Our experienced audiologists will guide you carefully through this period and provide helpful advice on what to expect.

We offer a generous aftercare package that comes free of charge when you purchase a hearing aid with us.

You can come in for regular check ins every 3 to 6 months, where we can check and clean your hearing aids.

We will book you in for a hearing test every 2 years. We believe, like you would get your eyes checked, or visit the dentist, that your hearing health should also be part of those regular health checks. If you notice any significant changes in your hearing before the 2 year mark, you can get in touch, and we can bring the appointment forward.
